Expedition Itinerary:
Nov. 24 (Sat): Depart from Los Angeles in the late evening to Honiara, Solomon Islands through Fiji.
Nov. 25 (Sun): Cross International Date Line
Nov. 26 (Mon): Arrive in Honiara, Solomon Islands. Transfer to hotel.
Nov. 27 (Tues): WWII Eastern Battle Field and Honiara sightseeing tour. Transport to the beautiful Taka, our home for the next 12 days and 11 nights, and set sail on our journey to see the soul of the Solomon Islands.
Nov. 28~Dec. 7 (Wed~Fri): Travel westward through the Solomon Island Archipelago. 20~40 dives through pristine reefs, lava tubes, wrecks, and underwater volcanoes. Journey to sacred bone filled caves, dancing with fireflies, see amazing works of art carved by the masters themselves, and enjoy the beauty of life with likeminded adventurers.
Dec. 8 (Sat): Arrive back in Honiara in the morning and say goodbye to the Taka and her crews. Fly home via Fiji in the afternoon. Arrive LAX at noon on the same day.
Expedition Includes:
- 12 days 11 nights full board accommodation in double/twin cabin on the best dive live aboard in the Solomon Islands - Taka
- All meals, snacks, water, coffee and tea on board
- 20~40 dives in the world's most remote coral reefs with 4~1 DM ratio
- Tanks and weights.
- Tribe villages and islands land excursion.
- All group transfers to/from airport/hotel/boat
- Entrance fees to all marine areas, village visits, parks, museums, etc.
- Escort by Ocean Safari professional dive leader/photographer with unparalleled service.

- International airfares
- Private airport/boat transfers, if your flight schedule is different from group schedule
- $25pp per night (total $275 per person) Marine Kastom Fee
- Onboard telecommunications
- Onboard beverages: Soda, beer, wine, and spirits
- Nitrox
- Crew Gratuities.
- Travel and dive insurance.
