Coordinated Swimmers

It’s fun to slowly swim into a school of fish and watch the fish swim over and around you. It’s amazing how they are so coordinated and can change directions so quickly without bumping into each other (or an intruding diver).

Contrasting Moment

I like the contrast of motion and stillness captured in this picture. The two girls stand still in the middle of dancers, sharing a quiet moment in the middle of action.

Silvery Curtain

Diving the offshore oil rig is not for a novice diver. The rig is hundreds of feet deep, and it is standing in the middle of blue water. You must have advanced cold water diving skills to safely enjoy the unique beauty of the site. As you descend down you see that the structure is almost completely covered with sea anemone, scallops, and mussels. Quite often you see large schools of smelt and sardines leisurely swimming around and through the structure, looking like silvery curtains.

All Ready for a Photo Shoot

This grouper fish in honduras was so friendly. He followed us around and let us touch him. You can see how he is looking right at my camera and posing for a shot.

Sea Turtle Tenor

La la la~ Come on, sing along with me! Here is another picture from oceansafari dive trip to Roatan, Honduras. The sea turtles here let us get very close to them.
