The Ocean Safari Dive Team is gearing up to explore the breathtaking & colorful waters of Northern Raja Ampat and Northern Sulawesi. As part of the famous Coral Triangle, this region is a vibrant hotspot of marine biodiversity, unlike any other place in the world. Starting our journey from Sorong, West Papua, we’ll explore the dazzling geological formations bejeweled with schools of fish and 64% of the world’s coral species aboard the first class liveaboard, Arenui. After 7 days of spectacular reef diving, we’ll fly west to Manado and visit the world’s best muck diving destination in Lembeh for 4 days. We will stay in a 5-star seaside resort, overlooking the strait filled with unique sea creatures found nowhere else in the world. In addition, we will also be hopping on land to experience the rich remote island cultures and learn in depth about the famous history of the region. Expedition Itinerary:
Jan 10 (Fri): Depart LAX in the evening to Jakarta, Indonesia.
Jan 11 (Sat): Cross International Date Line
Jan 12 (Sun): Arrive in Jakarta, Indonesia early afternoon, check into airport hotel for the rest of the day. Go back to the domestic terminal late evening. Fly to Sorong.
Jan 13 (Mon): Arrive in Sorong in the morning. Board the world-renowned, First-class liveaboard, Arenui, which will be our home for the next 7 days. Set sail and warm up dive!
Jan 14 to 18 (Tue~Sat): Adventure as underwater explorers through Raja Ampat, 4 dives daily, relax in five star accommodation, feast on world class meals, and enjoy paradise aboard the best liveaboard in the world.
Jan 19 (Sun): Say farewell to the Arenui and her crew around noon. Depart from Sorong to Manado, Sulawesi. Arrive in Sulawesi in the afternoon. Transfer to 5 stars Solitude Lembeh dive resort. free program for the remainder of the day.
Jan 20 to 21 (Mon~Tue): 3 dives daily at the best muck diving spots in the world
Jan 22 (Wed): Afternoon departure to Jakarta, overnight stay in hotel.
Jan 23 (Thur): Depart Jakarta midday, fly back to Los Angeles. Arrive at LAX in the evening on the same night.

Jan 9 (Thur): Depart LAX in the morning to Taipei, Taiwan
Jan 10 (Fri): Arrive in Taipei around 5pm. Transfer to a 4-star hotel, visit the famous night market and enjoy local cuisine
Jan 11 (Sat): A day of exploring this beautiful city; busy, but also full of quiet corners with hidden gems! Immerse yourself in a different yet pleasant cultural vibe.
